The curiously titled ‘Jeggings Party’ is the latest Afrobeats track from fast rising Ghanaian rapper Yaw Siki (born Isaac Okai), a Tema native whose 2011 viral hit single, ‘Wope Dodo’, brought him to limelight. On the thumping club jam, Yaw characteristically raps in Twi and pidgin over synth-heavy instrumentals engineered by Kill Beatz – the same producer behind ’Wope Dodo’. Two words: azonto frenzy.
