Straight out of Bayero University, Kano, JamzJunction Presents Pharuna!

Born Faruna Audu Mohammed, Pharuna aka Tha Cathalyst is a young upcomer in the Hiphop game who has been horning his lyrical skills for a bit and has his mind set on doing good Music. Pharuna has performed at various shows and open Mic competitions where he carved a niche for himself as a battle MC and gave his contenders a good run for their money.

“Clarion Call” is the first single off his forthcoming Mixtape tentatively titled Clarion Call: The Mixtape. On this track, he brings on his Rap Cat, Gotheeq aka Gotheeq Tha Psychic, and both them reeked havoc on the Mic exchanging multies… Condemning the beat to the morgue.

Currently working on a couple of projects, Pharuna promises to continually churn out Music that will give lovers of the art value for their money and get Hiphop heads bobbing.

This is a definition of how REAL Hiphop should sound.
